Position: Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager
Reports To: Division Sales Manager
Are you passionate about sales and building lasting relationships? As an Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, driving sales and rentals of light and heavy construction equipment within your territory. You’ll spend your days on the road, meeting with valued customers, visiting job sites, and forging strong connections with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a robust database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling, and community networking.
- Source and cultivate client relationships, following up on referrals to expand your network.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the Credit Department to establish new accounts and assist customers with credit/financing paperwork.
- Maximize every opportunity to close sales and rentals.
- Provide expert consultations and recommendations on various sales and rental equipment, products, and services.
- Create and deliver compelling proposal presentations.
- Gather comprehensive data to ensure efficient processing of sales and rentals.
- Maintain regular contact with clients in your assigned area to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

If you have a knack for maintaining a clean, safe yard and shop, inspecting equipment, managing check ins/out, and performing minor repairs on equipment, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Report equipment condition before/after use.
- Assist with inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Load/unload and refuel equipment.
- Deliver/pick up small equipment or supplies.
- Document check-in/out details and verify fuel consumption.
- Assist Inside Sales with rental-ready equipment.
- Greet and assist customers and delivery drivers.

Position Title: Driver
Reports to: Branch Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Are you a skilled and safety-conscious driver with a passion for delivering top-notch service? Join our team as a Commercially Licensed Truck Driver (CDL)! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and courteous delivery and pick-up of equipment for our valued customers. You’ll maintain accurate driver logs and confidently handle the loading and unloading of construction equipment in line with Department of Transportation standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and address any issues immediately.
- Deliver and pick up rental units with professionalism and care.
- Load and unload construction equipment, ensuring loads are safely secured for transport.
- Fuel equipment, inspect for damage, and tag accordingly upon rental return.
- Complete Daily Inspection Reports.
- Document equipment condition and damages.
- Obtain customer signatures on rental contracts and damage inspection sheets at the time of delivery.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in proper working order.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Commercial Driver’s License and knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.
- Proficiency with GPS systems and map reading.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
